Some examples might be:
- you get an IP address mismatch error and you have to sign out and then back in to your account
- you might get a 265 redirect error, making it difficult to download some files
What you can do:
These issues should resolve themselves within 24 hours once the new DNS settings propagate to other servers around the world.
In the meantime, you can try the following steps:
- sign out of your FileFactory account
- turn off any VPN
- quit your browser
- restart your PC
- sign back into your FileFactory account
