If you have a recurring FileFactory Premium subscription and you received a notification that your payment could not be processed, or you know that your credit card details have changed, you can easily update your stored credit card details.

To change your stored credit card details, simply sign into your account and then navigate to this page:


(Or via the account menu, select Premium > Update Credit Card).

If we have been trying to process your credit card payment unsuccessfully for two days in a row, we will give up trying on the second day and delete the card from our records. So if you see the message "No card data was found associated with your account" - that means that we are no longer storing your credit card details, and you should create a new subscription instead, as there is nothing to update.
