If you are a free user, you may have come across the following error message:

Server load too high

In order to provide the best possible experience for our Premium members, we limit the number of simultaneous connections for free and anonymous users. The limit is for each server, not FileFactory as a whole. If you receive this error message when downloading a file, you still may be able to access files on another server, it all depends on the load on the server at that particular time.

We do this to ensure that our servers do not become overloaded. If you urgently require a file, it is recommended that you upgrade to our Premium service. Premium members have access regardless of the load on the server.
