Sending us information about your IP address, browser, computer and Internet connection can often help us speed up troubleshooting issues.
Here's how you can easily send us information about your account.
Sign in to your FileFactory account with your email address and password.
Go to your Account Summary page if you are not already there. Then click "Support" and then "Account Diagnostics".
Near the bottom of the page you will see an "Export Diagnostics" button. Click the button.
This will open a window with all the relevant information in place. Click in the window to automatically highlight it. Then paste that information into a new or existing support ticket so that we can investigate further.
