When downloading from FileFactory as a Premium member, you should use a download manager.
Download managers increase the speed at which you download files and also allow you to pause and resume downloads. Several popular download managers are available, most of which are compatible with FileFactory. You could try the following:
Internet Download Manager (IDM) is a tool to increase download speeds by up to 5 times, resume, and schedule downloads. Comprehensive error recovery and resume capability will restart broken or interrupted downloads due to lost connections, network problems, computer shutdowns, or unexpected power outages. TIP: You need to use this Chrome browser extension.

DO NOT use FlashGet
We have had reports from some members about having their account details stolen after entering their login information into the download manager "FlashGet" by Trend Media Corporation Limited. We suggest that all users NOT use this download manager.
DO NOT use JDownloader
We suggest that all users NOT use this download manager. With an open-source framework, JDownloader is constantly being updated and improved. However, we cannot guarantee that it is compatible with FileFactory. Having said that, if you ensure you have the latest plugins downloaded from JDownloader (which it should do automatically), there is no reason why it should not work. Given its open-source status, we do not recommend using JDownloader, and it often contains malware.
DO NOT use Internet Explorer
For security and compatibility reasons, we do not recommend using any versions of Internet Explorer.
