If you sign into your account and you receive an error message that your account is Pending Deletion, that means that your FileFactory account has been deactivated. The only way to restore your account is to contact Customer Support, and request that your account be restored.
If we restore your account, your account details such as your password will remain as they were, however all your files will have been deleted, and unfortunately there is no way to restore them.
The only way your account can be deleted is if you are signed into your account and you verify your Date of Birth beforehand, so this is not something that can normally happen by accident.
