Each file hosted on FileFactory can be downloaded an unlimited number of times, by anyone who has access to the download link. There are no restrictions on how many times a particular file can be downloaded.

<a href="http://www.filefactory.com/services/premium/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">FileFactory Premium users</a> can download an unlimited number of files, however, free users can only download a <a href="https://helpdesk.filefactory.com/en/articles/2800579-what-is-the-hourly-download-limit-for-free-members">certain number of unique files per hour</a>.

Any file can be downloaded an unlimited number of times.
