I am being billed by FileFactory but I do not have an account, what do I do?

If you notice a charge on your credit card account, but you never signed up for FileFactory Premium, here's what to do.

If you notice a charge on your credit card statement from FileFactory, but you never registered for a FileFactory account, or your account is still free, then the charges might be related to a different email address from the one that you are using.

If you believe that you never purchased FileFactory Premium, it's possible that a family member used your credit card details which perhaps you were unaware of, using their personal email address for the account. We can discover the email address being used if you provide us with your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and LAST FOUR DIGITS of the used credit card.

If you purchased FileFactory Premium, but your account is still free, it's possible that you have several different email addresses, and the email address that you used to subscribe is different from the account that you are currently signed into. We can discover the correct email address being used if you provide us with your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and LAST FOUR DIGITS of the used credit card.
