well I would like to be able to download something at present nothing works for me, I only have 10 days left of premium use after 14 years of good service. I shall be deleting my account if this is not fixed before then. I have had this problem for over a month now. I am aware there have been problems since the new site came on line, but at least I could access my files from the old site but now I cant even do this. The problems have got worse not better this year.

I downloaded a short song, then tried to download another, but was told I had to wait. I'm Premium. WHat's up?

And I replied: I tried downloading the same song that it wouldn't let me download a few minutes ago, but got the same result: "Download Temporarily Unavailable

Please contact support if you require further assistance."
And it said: I understand your frustration. Even as a Premium user, there are still some system limitations in place to ensure service quality.
Here's what might be happening:
Daily Transfer Limit: Premium accounts have a daily limit of 100 transfers within a 24-hour period. If you've exceeded this, you'll need to wait for it to reset.
Transfer Cooldown: There's a 10-second cooldown between transfers. If you're trying to download files in quick succession, you'll see this message.
When I came to THIS page, I saw “The UI exists for this, but it currently only downloads a single file. We are working on fixing this.” (dated 12 days ago!) In all fairness, it doesn’t sound like it’s rocket science. And if I really CAN’T download two diff songs 5 minutes apart, maybe you should bring back the old system until you get this one fixed! My Premium membership expires in 68 days. Please fix this, so I don’t have to start looking for a fully-working service. (And if you really are going to have Premium members max out at 100 files a day, wouldn’t it make more sense to base the limit on AMOUNT of data transferred, instead of kicking me off after 100 five-second sound effect or music “stab” elements? Maybe you need better Beta testers!! Just sayin’!
