This site is truly a disaster and has been ever since they changed the server or the interface. I’m a premium member but frequently it treats as though I am not. Also, when I attempt to download a file it pops up a message telling me the download is initializing or being prepared and then the pop up goes away and it goes to the home screen with no download. Truly becoming a worthless site.

Why does clicking on “Download now” for a file redirect to
Ok, I guess I should have read some other messages before I posted mine. It seems like they have royally ****ed up the site and can’t seem to fix it. I doubt I’ll be renewing my membership. Anyone know of an alternative to this site

Somethings changed in the last couple of days. Now when someone downloads a video file (.mp4, etc) it often opens in the browser window in a video player rather than downloading to the local hard drive. Users have to go through extra steps to actually download it and it adds some junk characters to the start of the file name.
This change to downloading video files is confusing people and how they handle it is different depending on which browser and OS they are on.

hi sorry to bokther once again i wannna thank u for still working n you site i just relized today that the search engine is no longer avvailanle none of my fils can be searched hope you can add it agan thanks

nothing works anymore on this site, have been a premium member since 2014
used to be brilliant but I can’t even log in since the change to Beta site. My Premium membership has probally run out now but I can’t even check that let alone download anything. I have even tried re registering from scratch but that wont work either. I have now given up on Filefactory completely
