Please restore the old file factory which was fast and efficient, tried the beta version its hopeless says I have a premium account but try to download a file and says its a premium file cannot download , this is shocking

Lots of my uploads just haven’t transferred over or their folders are empty.

The new (it wasn’t broken so why did you fix it layout and usage) doesn’t remember your previous searches, you cannot reorder the date added to newest, the search facility is so awkward and slow compared with the previous version. Shame I purchased a lifetime account if this is what I have to look forward to!!

Ive only found this new site today through a comment left elsewhere. So far after searching for a specific file I found that the Date doesn’t allow you to bring the newest to the top. Thankyou

I have been a premium member since 2012 loyaly paying my premium every year Happly, But Today I end our relationship, it is over, you have completely Destroyed everything that was Great about filefactory, you have taken away everything that made Filefactory stand above all other sites it truely is a sad day! good luck in your future.

Beta doesn’t work at all. Cannot download. Premium should be extended for the time that only beta has been available. Please bring back old version!

Hey you guys if there are problems why not just admit it. Tell us what they are so we aren’t left hanging. Jeez, half the time I can’t even get into my account and when I do manage to nothing works like it should. I mean most of the site was working last week and now it’s a shambles.
